We want to help the community and the community help us by renting the lodge building or the parking lot for any function that you would want to hold in the great town of Valley Center, Kansas.  We have rented the lodge for functions in the list that follows:

We have a foyer room, a large meeting / dinning room and a kitchen. that can be rented by the day.  We charge $200.00 per day for the lodge with a $100.00 refundable Cleanup deposit, if the lodge is left in the same manor as when you arrived..

We also charge an additional fee of $50.00 per day if there is alcohol involved.

We will charge a $50.00 fee per day if dancing is involved to have the floor cleaned and waxed.

The parking lot can be rented for any outside activity that you may want.  The fee will be worked out with you based on the need and function being held.  Some functions have been as follows:
